I provide women with an accepting, judgment-free space to explore their feelings, as well as the tools to break away from the repetitive thoughts and expectations that are suffocating them. Because you already know the things you’ve been taught should bring you happiness and contentment. Isn’t it time to uncover the things that actually do? 

Spoiler alert: you can’t really have it all (and, honestly, what a relief). 

The career, the great marriage, the well adjusted kids, the healthy body, the friendships, the clean house, the perfect family meals, the self care, the hobbies – it’s all too much for one person. But with a shift in focus, some compassion, and a good sense of humor, you can have what you’ve been missing: feeling fulfilled in your everyday life.

I believe we grow when we’re uncomfortable.

I don’t have all the answers, but I do know how you view yourself directly affects the rest of your life.

Therapy with me is all about building a healthy relationship with yourself so you can see that harmony reflected around you. How we get to that point can look a lot of different ways, but regardless of the path we take, I’ll be beside you through the journey—ready to offer support, call you out, or say a big F U to the patriarchy as needed.
